DENVER, Colo. (247marketnews.com) -- Boost Run (NASDAQ:BRUN) just put another massive number on the scoreboard in the AI infrastructure race: a five-year, $525.6 million AI cloud services agreement with a leading sovereign AI company, with initial infrastructure acceptance expected to begin in early Q2 2027.
The deal calls for Boost Run to deliver AI compute capacity powered by NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, along with network storage and CPU-node services. More importantly for investors, the new contract pushes Boost Run's total contract value to more than $2.6 billion, according to the company.
That figure represents the revenue customers have committed to pay over the life of Boost Run's signed agreements. The company says its contracts include upfront payments, while its financing structure is designed to allow it to deploy infrastructure against contracted demand without relying on equity dilution.
“This agreement marks an important step in efficiently deploying our financing into contracted revenue,” said founder and CEO Andrew Karos. “Our ability to deliver NVIDIA GB300 systems to leading AI companies demonstrates the strength and diversification of both our customer base and our GPU fleet.”
Boost Run is positioning itself as the infrastructure layer that companies need to actually run increasingly demanding AI workloads. The company's platform combines GPU compute, CPU nodes, managed Kubernetes orchestration and shared storage, with customers able to provision and scale resources across thousands of nodes.
The new contract also arrives as the AI industry continues its enormous push toward increasingly powerful computing infrastructure. NVIDIA's GB300 NVL72 architecture is designed for large-scale AI workloads, giving Boost Run exposure to the premium end of the GPU cloud market.
