Clinch Resources is advancing metallurgical coal production in West Virginia, targeting near-term output supported by a large reserve base and development pipeline.
The company holds over 110 million tons of proven reserves, alongside an additional 39% ownership in JJ Resources which hosts over 51 million tons in its project. With near term production slated for its ARI mines, and production targeted in 18-24 months from JJ Resources, Clinch is moving toward operational scale.
With a focus on low-cost production and exposure to global steel markets, the company is positioning to supply metallurgical coal in a market where pricing remains elevated relative to production costs.
