Stocks Exploding into October with Huge Catalysts

DENVER, Colo. (247marketnews.com) -- Stocks are charging into October with Nexalin Technology (NASDAQ:NXL), NeOnc Technologies Holdings (NASDAQ:NTHI), Airship AI Holdings (NASDAQ:AISP), DataMeds AI (NASDAQ:MEDS), Veea (NASDAQ:VEEA), Inseego (NASDAQ:INSG), and Enerflex (NYSE:EFXT) tied to developments that give investors fresh reasons to put these names on the radar.

Nexalin Technology Targets South America with 10-Year Commercial Push

Nexalin Technology (NASDAQ:NXL) opened October with one of its most significant commercial announcements to date, signing a definitive exclusive distribution and local-manufacturing agreement covering Brazil and six additional South American markets. The 10-year framework with Inovanexa Medical Technologies covers Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Ecuador and Venezuela, representing a combined population of more than 300 million people. The agreement formalizes and supersedes a February 2026 letter of intent and gives the distributor exclusive rights subject to performance requirements.

The deal comes with an immediate commercial component rather than simply a future partnership promise. Inovanexa is required to place a binding initial order for 10 Nexalin Sync devices, with five scheduled for immediate delivery, while a clinical pilot in Brazil is targeted to launch within 90 days. The agreement establishes an initial 100-device commercialization program and creates a framework for larger government and private-sector transactions. After the first 30 devices are purchased, Inovanexa is required to establish a Brazil-based manufacturing facility at its own expense, with Nexalin receiving fixed compensation on locally manufactured devices and royalties on disposable electrodes.

That structure is central to the NXL story because the company is attempting to move from clinical development toward commercial revenue without taking on the full capital burden of building a manufacturing operation. CEO Mark White called the agreement “the commercial culmination of everything we have methodically built in Brazil” and described it as an “inflection point” for the company. Nexalin says its device has ANVISA approval for anxiety, depression and insomnia and points to a University of São Paulo clinical trial that reported a 77.8% anxiety response rate.

NeOnc Technologies Has FDA Date That Could Shape Its Next Chapter

NeOnc (NASDAQ:NTHI) is heading toward a major regulatory checkpoint for NEO212, with the company scheduled to meet with the FDA on November 17 for an End-of-Phase 1 Type B meeting. The discussion is expected to cover the proposed patient population, Phase 2 design, endpoints, dose selection and the evidence that could eventually support a marketing application.

The regulatory event follows encouraging clinical developments across NeOnc's pipeline. For NEO100, the company reported in August that its Phase 2a study in recurrent IDH1-mutant high-grade glioma met its primary endpoint, producing six-month progression-free survival of 48.9% versus a prespecified 20% benchmark, with a reported p-value of 0.0047. Median overall survival was 26.09 months.

NEO212 is now becoming the next major catalyst. NeOnc has reported a recommended Phase 2 dose of 610 mg after dose escalation reached the protocol-defined maximum tolerated dose at 810 mg, while preliminary observations from heavily pretreated patients included reports of disease control. The company has also strengthened its financial position through recent capital activity, while CEO Amir Heshmatpour and CMO/CSO Thomas Chen have reported open-market purchases. Heshmatpour said the Phase 2a results reinforced his “conviction in NeOnc’s mission and the potential of our NEO platform.” The November FDA meeting now represents the next major event investors will be watching.

Airship AI Lands $29 Million Homeland Security Catalyst

Airship AI Holdings (NASDAQ:AISP) delivered one of the clearest dollar-value catalysts of the group on October 1, announcing $29 million in firm-fixed-price, brand-name-only awards from an agency within the Department of Homeland Security. The contracts have a six-month period of performance and cover public-safety and investigative requirements. The awards encompass software integrations, edge AI, server-side AI and turnkey hardware solutions.

The contract is particularly significant because it touches multiple pieces of Airship AI's product portfolio. The company says the awards include enhancements to its Acropolis software ecosystem, additional Outpost AI edge appliances, Fortress AI server-side processing and customized hardware systems. Fortress AI is designed to allow customers to process video and sensor data on premises, keeping sensitive information under the customer's control rather than sending it through third-party cloud infrastructure.

Airship AI is also looking beyond the immediate contract award. President Paul Allen said the company expects to introduce new agentic AI functionality within Ask Airship before the end of 2026. The company says that platform is designed to sit above existing video, sensor and access-control systems and let customers use their own data with AI models suited to their missions..

DataMeds AI Crosses $1 Million Monthly Revenue Mark

DataMeds AI (NASDAQ:MEDS) entered October with a fresh revenue milestone from Corexa Pharmacy, reporting preliminary, unaudited September 2026 revenue of more than $1 million. According to the company, that represents an increase of more than 66% from July revenue. Management attributed the increase to an expanding retail customer base, higher prescription activity and the rollout of Tollo Health dietary supplements and medical foods.

Interim Co-CEO Gerald Commissiong said the company was “very pleased to already see such substantial growth so quickly.” Corexa Pharmacy has also become a fulfillment option within the Health Lives Here mobile application, which DataMeds says can connect consumers with telehealth and pharmacy services. The company is attempting to combine physical pharmacy infrastructure with health technology, AI and pharmaceutical-adjacent products rather than operate simply as a traditional dispensing pharmacy.

The broader strategy has another piece: oncology. DataMeds recently completed its acquisition of Helomics, adding clinical laboratory capabilities and precision-oncology assets to the company's existing healthcare platform.

Veea Takes Edge AI into 1,000 Unattended Stores

Veea (NASDAQ:VEEA) is taking its edge-computing strategy directly into physical retail with an agreement with TROLLEE Holdings Limited covering a planned deployment across as many as 1,000 unattended stores. The rollout is expected to begin with up to 50 locations, with a typical configuration estimated at approximately $1,000 to $2,000 per store depending on the size and layout.

The technology is aimed at some of the most obvious challenges facing unmanned retail: loss prevention, safety, predictive maintenance, remote monitoring and local AI processing. TROLLEE plans to combine VeeaHubs with NVIDIA Jetson devices, VeeaWare and VeeaCloud, allowing applications and AI models to operate locally while deployments can be managed remotely. Veea says local inference can reduce dependence on cloud processing while giving operators greater control over response times and where store data is processed.

“This agreement is a concrete commercial step in our expanded partnership with TROLLEE,” Veea Chairman and CEO Allen Salmasi said. The opportunity is notable, but the rollout should not be confused with 1,000 completed installations today. The announced plan begins with up to 50 stores, leaving execution and expansion as the next milestones. Veea's broader pitch is that the same edge infrastructure can support increasingly sophisticated applications as customers add AI compute, sensors and video analytics.

Inseego Completes Nokia FWA Acquisition

Inseego (NASDAQ:INSG) has officially closed its acquisition of Nokia's Fixed Wireless Access business, transforming what had been a strategic announcement into an operating reality. The transaction, first announced in April, is expected by Inseego to approximately double its revenue and dramatically expand its geographic reach across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania and the Americas.

The acquired business brings indoor, outdoor and millimeter-wave fixed wireless products into Inseego's existing wireless broadband portfolio. Approximately 250 people associated with the acquired operation are expected to support Inseego across engineering, product management, supply chain, sourcing and customer support. The company has also established an international headquarters in Amsterdam and a development center in Athens while expanding its presence in Bangalore.

Nokia is not simply exiting the picture. Under the transaction, Nokia received Inseego shares and warrants and separately invested $10 million in the company. Nokia is also expected to provide another $10 million cash payment by October 15 to support engineering investments tied to interoperability between Inseego's device operating system and cloud platform and certain Nokia technology ecosystems. The companies say they will continue collaborating around AI-RAN, converged fiber, 5G connectivity, network optimization and distributed edge computing.

Enerflex Gets 450-Megawatt Data-Center Power Order

Enerflex (NYSE:EFXT) has landed a major contract tied directly to one of the hottest infrastructure themes in the market: powering data centers. The company announced October 1 that it had been awarded an Engineered Systems project to design, engineer, fabricate and assemble approximately 450 megawatts of behind-the-meter natural-gas-fired power-generation units for a North American data-center developer. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2027 and continue through 2028.

The deal highlights a growing infrastructure problem created by AI and data-center expansion: enormous electricity requirements combined with the need for reliable power. Enerflex is positioning behind-the-meter generation as a way for data-center operators to secure prime power without relying entirely on conventional grid connections. CEO Paul Mahoney said demand for reliable prime power supporting “Artificial Intelligence and digital infrastructure development continues to grow.”

Enerflex is also investing to increase the capacity of its Engineered Systems business. The company's 2026 capital-expenditure guidance includes approximately $15 million for PP&E and infrastructure supporting the ES business and adjacent markets, while Enerflex has authorized approximately $85 million of additional investments in ES facilities and capabilities, with most expected in 2027. The company says its opportunity pipeline continues to exceed 2 gigawatts, giving investors a useful measure of the potential scale beyond the newly announced award.
