Vivakor Expands Crude Oil Marketing Platform as Recurring Commercial Activity Surpasses $700 Million

DENVER, Colo. (247marketnews.com) -- Vivakor (NASDAQ:VIVK) continues to expand its integrated energy logistics platform, announcing four new recurring physical crude oil purchase and sale transactions through its wholly owned subsidiary, Vivakor Supply & Trading (VST). The new agreements increase the company's recurring marketed crude oil volumes to approximately 300,000 barrels per month, or 3.6 million barrels annually, representing an estimated $289 million in annualized commercial activity based on current commodity prices.

The transactions, which begin on August 1, 2026, involve two commercial counterparties and span key U.S. crude trading hubs in Cushing, Oklahoma, and Midland, Texas. Combined with previously announced commercial programs, Vivakor now reports approximately 8.1 million barrels of annual marketed crude volumes and roughly $709 million in recurring annualized commercial activity, further expanding its presence across the physical crude oil supply chain.

The latest agreements reinforce Vivakor's strategy of integrating crude oil marketing with its broader portfolio of transportation, storage and terminaling assets. Rather than operating solely as a commodity marketer, the company continues building a vertically integrated energy logistics platform that combines physical trading with infrastructure designed to support long-term customer relationships across multiple segments of the oil value chain.

Management noted that these recurring contracts broaden Vivakor's commercial counterparty base while increasing marketed volumes, complementing its existing transportation and storage operations. As with traditional physical commodity marketing businesses, the company emphasized that only a small portion of total contract value is ultimately recognized as gross profit, since VST primarily acts as an intermediary facilitating physical crude transactions. Actual financial results will therefore depend on factors including commodity prices, market differentials, delivered volumes and transaction structures.

The announcement comes as North American energy companies continue emphasizing infrastructure efficiency, supply chain optimization and integrated logistics capabilities. Companies with established transportation, storage and marketing operations may benefit from increased demand for reliable physical crude movement as producers and refiners seek greater operational flexibility across key trading hubs.

With recurring commercial activity now exceeding $700 million annually based on current pricing assumptions, Vivakor continues executing its strategy of expanding scale through commercial agreements while leveraging its transportation, terminaling and storage network. Investors will likely continue monitoring how these growing marketed volumes translate into gross profit and operating cash flow as the company expands its integrated energy services platform.
